General Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window: Customers have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

2. Return Conditions: Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, 

    and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Initiating a Return: Submit Name & Email below.                                                      

4. Return Process: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. 

    Items sent back without a request won’t be accepted.

5. Inquiries: For questions - submit name & email below.                           

Damages & Issues

  1. Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if defective, damaged, or incorrect items are received for prompt resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  1. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards. Contact us with questions about specific items.

Exchanges

  1. Return the original item first. Once approved, place a new order for the desired product. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns/exchanges outside the 30-day window or not due to our error will incur customer-paid shipping fees.

Refunds

  1. We’ll notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.  

  2. If over 30 business days have passed since approval, submit name & email below and we will help you out.                         

Oversized Product Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: Within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Must be in original, unused condition and packaging. Non-compliant items will be rejected.

Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.

Restocking Fee:

  1. A 20% restocking fee applies to all oversized product returns, covering processing and restocking costs.

Return Process

  1. Submit name & email below.                         

  2. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

  3. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

  4. Approved refunds will be issued minus the restocking fee.

Exchanges for Oversized Products 

1. For defective or damaged items upon delivery, contact us for a replacement of the same item.
